Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Atlas by Timekeeper Society handles information in the current Atlas watch-operations service.
Effective and last updated: October 1, 2026
Who operates Atlas
Atlas is a service operated by Watches by Los LLC under the Timekeeper Society brand.
Information Atlas processes
Atlas may process account information such as email address, display name, authentication sessions, and password-recovery requests. It also processes organization membership, assigned roles, and authorized capabilities.
For watch operations, Atlas processes inventory and watch information, operational status and pricing-related fields, watch photographs, and associated repair, listing, and activity information made available by the organization.
Camera and watch photographs
Atlas requests Camera access only when a user chooses the Camera feature. A captured photograph is held temporarily on the device while the user previews it, selects an authorized watch, and completes or cancels the attachment.
When submitted, the photograph travels through the authenticated Atlas API, is uploaded through a server-managed image service, and is associated with the selected watch. Atlas does not require microphone, Face ID, location, contacts, or photo-library permission for this workflow.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate users, restore secure sessions, resolve organization access, display authorized watch records, attach photographs, operate the service, troubleshoot errors, prevent fraud and misuse, enforce agreements, and protect Atlas against unauthorized access.
Service providers
Atlas uses Supabase for authentication, session handling, and backend data access; Vercel for web application hosting and delivery; and Cloudinary for server-proxied watch-image storage and delivery. Expo/EAS and Apple services support mobile application build and distribution where applicable. These providers maintain their own privacy information and may update their services independently.
Security
Atlas uses authenticated sessions, server-side organization and capability checks, organization isolation, bounded API responses, device-protected session storage, and server-held provider credentials. No service can guarantee absolute security.
Retention and deletion
Atlas may retain information while an account is active and as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, maintain, and recover the service; prevent fraud or misuse; comply with legal obligations; resolve disputes; and enforce agreements. Backups and provider-managed copies may persist for reasonable recovery periods.
Verified requests for account deletion, personal-data deletion, or privacy assistance may be submitted through the Privacy Requests page. Atlas does not currently provide automated deletion. Some information may be retained where legally or operationally required.
Children
Atlas is business software intended for authorized organizational users and is not directed to children.
Policy updates
This policy may be updated when Atlas features, practices, providers, or legal requirements change. The date above identifies the current version. Atlas will provide reasonable notice of material changes when appropriate.
