Atlas is a service operated by Watches by Los LLC under the Timekeeper Society brand.

How Atlas accounts are provided

Atlas accounts are provisioned outside the mobile application for authorized organization members. The mobile app does not offer public account creation.

Available requests

A user may request account deletion, deletion of personal information associated with the account, or assistance understanding how Atlas handles personal information.

Verification and scope

Before acting on a request, Atlas may need to verify the requester’s identity, organization membership, authority, and the records covered by the request. Some information may be retained for service recovery, security and fraud prevention, legal obligations, dispute resolution, or enforcement.

Submitting a request

Email privacy@thetimekeepersociety.com to request account deletion, personal-data deletion, or privacy assistance. Include the email address associated with the Atlas account and enough information to identify the organization involved, but do not send a password, access token, recovery code, or other secret.

Atlas does not currently provide an automated deletion form.

Timing

Atlas does not promise a fixed completion period on this page. Request timing depends on verification, scope, operational requirements, backup and provider processes, and applicable obligations.
